Took forever for them to call back to scheudle an appointment....after ;leaving three messages. Finally brought car in, got home and the issue isnt even fixed - now I need to go thru the entire experience again.

I was there for about 3 hours for a snow tire change and VW-required inspection on an ev. It felt like nobody was paying attention to the fact that I was waiting as I had to check on the eta for completion twice and it’s not at all clear why those 2 relatively simple tasks would require 3 hours.

I had arranged to drop my car off and for VW to drive me to work but your driver was delayed so Jeremy offered to drive me instead. I was very impressed by his professionalism.
