    In general, the experience was very good. My first interaction was with a new employee who was super nice and helpful. When I returned the second day, he was off, so Patrick stepped in and he was very kind and informative. The GM was involved from the start and the pricing was generally what the new employee said. I appreciated the simplicity of that and the pricing of the trade in. The 5th star was lost on the warranty. That's where the integrity in the information and pricing seemed to be lacking and I am not sure why that is the case. Integrity is key in any transaction. This is something that needs to be a part of the conversation from the get go and it was absent. Buyer beware? Or Seller be up front and honorable? It's a worthy conversation to be had on your end. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable experience.
