Not only was the part there, but they got me in within 5 minutes—no appointment needed. The whole repair was done in under 35 minutes—it felt like a pit stop! Super efficient, friendly, and professional. Truly a great service department. Highly recommend!

Booked my state inspection on a new VW I bought. Mechanic with better hearing than mine located a “rattle” that a service bulletin had been issued for. They ordered the fix and will be installing in on VW’s warranty ASAP. Always had a great experience, whether it’s with Bob in sales, or Wade in service.
