The Service department people are always friendly and helpful. More than once, I had the pleasure of feeling exceptionally well taken care of. For instace, back in September of '24 I had a check engine light and was due for a state inspection, so I scheduled both for the same visit. When I picked up the car, I was told the repair hadn't been done because the replacement part was of the same revision as the failed one. They didn't feel right putting that part on and explained why. It was an inconvenience, but I couldn't ask for more. I really felt looked out for and I greatly appreciate it. Thanks everyone!

Our salesperson wasn't completely familiar with the vehicle because training had been put on hold because of the door recall. 4 star but it wasn't his fault. Seems like it was a VW issue. Our salesperson was very low pressure and I appreciated that.
